The large Opala table & desk light was one of the three Opala lamps originally designed for Hotel Scandinavia in Copenhagen. This table light was sold for many years both for offices, public buildings, private homes, and large projects like e.g. the Churchill College i Cambridge by Architect Henning Larsen. For the Churchill College the large table light was manufactured in white.

Shade manufactured in impact resistant, opal high gloss acrylic, top in wet painted aluminium, stand in high gloss chrome and base in wet painted solid steel

Min. 60W & max. 75W regular incandescent bulb - or similar size fluorescent bulb.
